BOTH HITTING & CATCHING CAMP: $70

Burn off your turkey-day calories with a workout at Marge Schott Stadium on the campus of the University of Cincinnati. Maintain and develop your baseball skills in a fun, high energy camp in November. Hitting camp will feature drills to improve bat speed, sweet spot awareness, and power. Learn how to hit with rhythm and timing against any velocity. Hitters will be split up by age group and taken through workouts with current Bearcat players. Catching camp will feature receiving, blocking, and throwing techniques used by MLB catchers. In addition, catchers will learn drills to keep them sharp in the off-season and prepare them for the next level.
