Ages 8-16; Campers will be grouped based on age and skill level. High school players will receive an assessment.

Event is limited to 10 participants.

REGISTER: Complete the “sign-up” form on the sign-up tab. Payment will be due the day of camp. Please allow 24 hours for cancellation. $50.

HITTING & THROWING CAMP: This is a camp for players who want some extra practice with instruction on hitting and throwing. Campers will go through a throwing progression and hitting stations.

GOAL: Get lots of reps for the upcoming season. Campers will receive instruction on throwing mechanics as well as hitting mechanics.

EXAMPLE SCHEDULE:
1 PM - Check In
1:05 PM - Stretch/Warm Up
1:15 PM - Throwing Progression
1:45 PM - Throwing Skills Competition
2:00 PM - Hitting Warm Up
2:10 PM - Hitting Stations
2:40 PM - Hitting Competitions
3 PM - Adjourn

Tony Maccani will be the instructor for the throwing and hitting camp.
