Welcome to Cincinnati Baseball Training and Development! CBTD is managed by Tony Maccani, a Cincinnati native and former catcher in the NY Mets organization. Tony is all about watching, talking and coaching baseball which has always been a passion in his life. He believes in sharing his experiences in baseball and life to give young ballplayers an opportunity to reach their full potential on the diamond.
