HITTING CAMP:

This comprehensive hitting camp will include instruction, drills and practice to develop efficient swings. While the emphasis will be on proper mechanics, including using your back hip as a pivot point and how to turn the barrel, hitting approach will also be discussed.

Hitters will be put through a number of drills with the plan to develop the right feelfor the swing. Drills will include front toss, off-center front toss, connection ball & short bat drills, insider bat, PVC turns for feel and BP. This is a camp for players who want to dedicate time to develop proper mechanics for a high-level swing.

University of Cincinnati assistant coach, Tony Maccani will be the instructor for the defense and hitting camp. In addition, current and former Bearcat players will be on hand to demonstrate and assist with instruction. 

$50 per session or $40 with early registration (more than 48 hours in advance & email confirmation)
